03 A worked example
They choose the Website with Essential care: $250 at kick-off, $250 at launch, then $99 a month for hosting, their domain, security updates and small edits.
After a season, they move to Growth care for their Google Business Profile and review requests. Switching takes 30 days’ notice and costs nothing.

04 The terms, in plain sight
These terms apply to every website and appear in your written scope before anything is paid.

Not sure which care plan fits? Send the brief and say so. We will tell you which one we would choose in your place, and why.
The scope is fixed: up to five pages, one round of revisions, a 7-business-day schedule. Every site starts from page layouts we have already tested, then we shape the words, photos and colours around your business. Fixed scope is what keeps the price fixed.
A page with its own address and its own content, such as home, services, about, reviews and contact. The same page in English and in French counts once. Extra pages are $150 each, one time.
Essential if you want the site hosted, secure and kept up to date without thinking about it. Growth if you also want us to work on how you show up on Google: your Business Profile, regular posts and review requests. You can switch plans with 30 days notice.
You receive your files at launch and we help you point your domain to the host you choose. You can join a care plan later at the same price.
We quote the extra work before doing it. Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
No. We do not guarantee rankings or lead volumes, and we do not filter reviews. We build the site properly and, on Growth care, keep working on your Google presence.
